I have a 2001 31te with a 420 yanmar does anyone know what amp alternator is on it it as no info on it i would like to upgrade it to a 100 amp alternator

Will this tell you what you need? What engine model to you have?

This service manual is for 6LY2-STE, 6LY2A-STP, and 6LYA-STP model six cylinder engines. Specs say max output 420 HP. Alternator section specs on pg 9-16 says 75Amp.
