We have been boaters for 44 years of marriage, but recently went from flats fishing to enjoying life at a somewhat slower pace; still have smaller dory for flats, when we want. Have always liked the classic looks of the 28 TE and finally found one in New Burn in June of this year. Had her trucked to Tarpon Springs, in .fla. and been working on her since. Boat is in really good shape, kudos to the previous owner, and I have been finding out about the nuisances of the "DIESEL" GENERATION. We have replaced the alternator, raw water pump, pump shaft, replacing the oil pan in Oct. and just replaced the maceration "Y" valve. Hard going from a 225 Mercurys Verado to a Volvo
KAMD42B in a short period of time. We look forward to getting to meet others of the Albin state of mind and introducing you to our third mate, hairy though he may be, Rudder, our English Cream Golden Retriever. Smooth Cruising to you all until next time
