I am having issues with logging in to AOG. If I use Edge (on laptop) all is well, but Chrome, and other equipment, asks for my user name and password. When I type them in I get a 'not recognized" message.
When I ask for a reset I am told that my account is already active. and that I have to solve a capcha; don't seem to be able to get this to work either. Am I doing something wrong?
Is there a way to reset password on the site, that applies to all browsers and hardware?

I am a IE/Edge guy but I just logged in with Chrome as a test. No problems.
The password reset is for all browsers. I'm guessing you have something in cache in IE? Maybe you saved the password in IE and you forgot it? Send me an email. I'll reset your password and you can try again.

log in with my iPhone I have also tried toand the site says that the info could not be found ??? help
