Hi All.
Just made a 1200 mile trip with my new 1982 43 trunk cabin. Have installed the electronics for an auto pilot system. Had a yard doing a rebuild on the rudders and linkage and asked them to install the hydraulic auto pilot pump. It is a Seastar type 2. They said they couldn't do it because the on board system is low pressure and this pump can generate 1000 psi. Are there specific low pressure pumps that need to be used with these systems.
