Dinette table in 28 TE

When I bought my 2001 28 TE last week the dinette table was in the down position with cushions on it, and we didn't try to put it up during the survey. So last night my wife asked me to set up the table, but I couldn't because the pedestal was not bolted to the deck - no bolts at all. Before I pick up the carpet and start investigating how to fix it, I figured I'd ask the group how the pedestal is secured to the deck: through bolts or lags?

Lags.. We removed our table and floated the floor for the teak and holly flooring.

Thanks Mike - I hoping you'd say that, as I wasn't looking forward to seeing how many nuts & washers I could drop in the bilge as I somehow reached under the thing to install the bolts.
