Albin owner at last!
Well, I finally found the "right" boat and pulled the trigger yesterday, and we're now proud owners of 2001 Albin 28 TE ALLEGRO. A buddy and I are going to bring her home to Hyannis on Monday, a 100-ish mile trip and I can't wait. The previous owner treated her very well, including awlgrip (!), and she's clean and ready for some coastal cruising. I'm sure I'll be picking you guys' brains from time to time as I do my own projects, but that can all wait for the off-season. Right now I just want to go out and use my new boat!

I've been sailing all my life and this is my first power boat. We're really looking forward to being able to cruise farther from home and to not be as worried about wind direction, tides, etc. This is going to be fun!
