My previous TE 28's helm seat was an upgrade. I am trying to figure out who made it. See picture.

I am looking for options for my 31. It has a Bristol Cushion. I like the moveable arms.

Can't help you with the manufacturer of the seat. Do note you have one of the rare 31te with the 8.3 Cummins 500. Very special boat and power.
