Jabsco pumps

I bought a Jabsco Water Puppy 6.3 gpm pump last year in April.
It malfunctioned and was a month out of warranty.
I called ITT Jabsco and talked with the customer service rep Barbara Ouelette, who said that the time past warranty was no problem. I sent her a fax of my receipt, and she shipped a brand new pump UPS the same day. Now that is customer service.
