PM me and I can tell you one to avoid, there is a guy in Charleston, Neil Haynes who has a good reputation and brokers don't like him wich is a good thing. I have not used him myself. I hope you have better luck with your survey than I have. Are you looking at the 36 that is for sale in Beaufort?
