Hello A25/A27 Owners
My mechanic just discovered significant corrosion in the water intake end of my Mercruiser D219
diesel aftercooler. 190hp. To make things interesting, it's an Italian block. My mechanic, who I and many others trust,
said it may be repairable with JB Weld. But - I may have to bite the bullet and buy a new aftercooler.
Because of the year and origin t's tough to find. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a great
parts person?
Thanks - John P.
