28 TE Fuse/Switch Panel Labels

Post by carolmarie »

Does anyone know where I can get some stick-on labels for the DC electrical panel to the lower left of the helm.
I've wired the new auto pilot to the unused "bolwer" switch and a new searchlight to the unused "bait well pump" switch and need to re-label. They are backlit, and measure 1.375" W x .625" h. They are not Blue Sea or Paneltronics. Thanks, ........

I've been using Dymo labels. They have a blank tape size that fits perfectly. On my panel the labels are white lettering on black material. I was able to make a pretty good match.

Do you know and can you share who made your original panels?

I do remember trying to find the company that made the panel for my '02 28TE and they had gone out of business. They were in FL. I just did the same looking for the company that made the panel for my '06 31TE as I'm looking to duplicate and add another DC helm panel .. http://www.AmericanMarine.US and they're out of business!

Just a thought; If your panel has stick on labels try cutting them back with an exacto knife to accommodate the Blue Sea labels.

Good luck in your quest.
