Ok, well lets see. I can build a jig for the riser and build as many as needed of the jig.

First thing is a sea trial.

I just received one of these in the mail. I removed my old one over the weekend and it is a perfect match for the 6LPA-STP. Ordered the new clamp and gasket today, will be ready to put it all back together the next warm day. Old one looked OK and will keep it for a spare, though I hope I never need it!!

Coastalrunner,

Did you sea trial yet? I'm really curious how that exhaust worked. Please keep us all posted!

Sea trial complete, all seems good except my engine cover needs either to raised or a relief glassed in. The riser with the sound down is just to close to each other for my liking. But temps are great, power is great, egt are perfect at 780 deg.

The crazy part is with thE clean bottom, new prop ad modified stern tube I seem to have gained a few knots. At 2350 I'm cruising at 23knts. While still getting full 3100 with moderate load on board.

Really good to hear this very positive result. Going this route would be a no-brainer except for the hatch mods.

Nice job Richard and glad to hear the sea trial went well. The boat looks great.

From your last picture, I'm trying to figure out what is on the rear of the rooftop?

I've seen guys using small planer boards for trolling schoolie bluefin tuna as an alternative to outriggers. Is this the same concept you guys are using in order to spread your baits for more lines in the water?

Yes, spreads the lines which allows me to pull 15, 10 off the boards and 5 boat rods.
