the upper bay is not navigable until April 15!?!?!

if i am reading correctly this is all waters north of the bay bridge.

Its already been lifted. This came about because one of the netters boats out of Rock Hall got trapped and then crushed when the ice shifted at Love Point. The 3 on board simply stepped off onto the ice flow and were picked up by another boat. Luckily, no one was injured but the boat ended up on the bottom.

I feel for you guys ... here is a picture of our river that I took March 9th. We're now just starting to show some signs of movement this week, but it's 20 degrees again today and normally the floats would be going back in by now. I'm sure there will be some delays this year with lots of piling work ahead.

No this is not a parking lot!

That's one thing you can keep over there! I was in a t shirt today antifouling and polishing the boat. Couldn't wax the hull due to the sun drying it out to quick!
