Serenity Now has a remote spotlight by Radioray. It has a new bulb and the batteries in the remote are good.
The remote controller does not turn the light on or operate any movement. Either the light does not have power; there is a
frequency issue between the remote and the light; or, there is a switch on the panel that I have not found.
The booklet is of no help.
Has anyone had such an issue....any suggestions?
Thanks...
