Selling price guidance for Legacy
Hi guys. I posted in the for sale section a few details about Legacy (1998 Albin 35 TE). I could use some of your thoughts on setting a fair asking price. Not totally committed to selling her though! Thanks.

There are a few 35's on YachtWorld, including a couple without a fly bridge, so similar to Legacy without her tower.
Looks like $130-140K range for the older, but not too old, with an '06 listed at $199k.
I'll have to check your listing to refresh my memory of her.
(And here I was going to try and tempt you down to the 2015 Rendezvous!)
