Probably need to keep it under our hats. All the water you can stand, great acess to some of the prettiest places on earth. As a bonsus with global warming and sea water rise we will have more of it.

Tree, one thing to keep in mind is you owe those nice temps to us, think Gulf Stream, but in all seriousness we are happy to share with our friends across the pond. Thanks, Mark.

Re: You ask why Florida?
Then again believe it or not there are actual boating opportunities in the Arizona desert. One way or another we can be on the water year round. Summers are too hot here, and even just yesterday it got up to 96 degrees of 'dry heat'. But we're 6 hour drive from San Diego, and our winters are a bit warmer than Jacksonville and our lake boating season is just getting started. We had a wonderful summer cruise in the San Juans and Gulf Islands up in the Pacific NW, trailering roughly the equivalent of going from Florida to Maine.

Re: You ask why Florida?
DesertAlbin, nice boat, great back drop. Sounds like you have had some real adventures, life is meant to be lived. You don't have to tell me about traveling to enjoy your boat, it can take us as much as 4 minutes to walk to the marina. Some times the water in my bottle is warm by the time I get there. No dry heat here. Thanks, Mark.
