hatches in transom

On my 02 28 te there are round I think rubber washers held in by phillip head screws at the end of each hatch across my transom where can I get replacement washers for them they are there so when you close the hatch it does not hit the fiberglass it is closing on

Try the cabinetry hardware section of your local store. I used rubber door stops for mine. If they're too thick you can slice them down with a razor blade.
