After taking all the guages out and cleaned all the contacts .......no luck still not showing hours any other thoughts ??

Like I said before Kevin, the Volvo gauge just seems to give up - in our case it used to come back in the summer but soon as it started to get damp again it would fail. Just a design flaw I guess.

I suspect you're looking at a new gauge now - Volvo should be able to transfer the hours over for you being that it is digitial, the gauge will still be recording the hours anyway.
