Is there any possible way to add a larger blackwater tank?

RobS, thanks very much. Looks like a good option. Much appreciated, D. Gideon.

My A-30FC (which is idential to the A-28 in most respects) came with a 9 gallon holding tank. I switched it out for a 18 gallon tank without moving anything else. Anything larger than an 18 would require a fair amount of moving things around.

Thanks John. 18 gallons is adequate for my needs.

Rob,

We swapped out the original Krakor tank (~10 gal.) for a Trionic #2015 15-gallon tank (http://www.trioniccorp.com/). The constraining dimension on our boat was the height at 11.75". If by any chance you have even 1/4" more height, you should be able to install a tank larger than 15 gallons. Ronco Plastics (http://www.ronco-plastics.com) has a huge selection and all have 3/8" wall thickness. Trionic is 1/4", but we don't consider that critical for such a small tank. The people at Trionic were very nice to work with.

Here's a thread where I discussed our installation: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=6206&hilit=holding+tank
