ShurFLO - Great Customer Service

After my mid-trip water pump failure caused a 3-day saltwater bath in my engine compartment, I was making repairs to electircal components. I had my 20+ yr old ShurFLO freshwater pump apart on my workbench and discovered the microswitch was coroded. I contacted ShurFLO via email to see if I could buy a new one. They said they no longer manufacture parts for my pump and therefore could not sell me the switch. But they still had some lying around and would be happy to send me one at no charge. I recieved it in the mail this week. That's great customer service in my book!

I spent a lot of time with the ShurFlo rep. at the Defender Warehouse sale and I have to agree there customer service is great. I am replacing my water pump with a ShurFlo and getting rid of the expansion tank since it is not recommended with the smart sensor pumps.

The sensor vari flow pumps are great. I went with the Jabsco 5.0 Sensor Max VSD 2 years ago and it's been superb. Strong, quiet and smooth.
