Just bought a new to us boat. Noticed today that it has two fuel tanks. I have downloaded the Technical Specifications Bulletin from this site.
The main fuel tank was just replaced before purchase and is 132 gal and located just aft of the engine. The other tank has a fuel fill right next to the waste cap on the starboard side. The tank is located forward of the engine by the batteries. Forward tank looks like a factory install and the tank manufacturer has a RI address. Is this the optional 60 gal. tank that was available?

Re: dual fuel tanks?
Robb,
I believe so. Mine is set up exactly the same way. There is a pump to transfer the fuel from the forward tank to the aft tank.

Hello gents. New member here. I have a TE 28 and would like to add the aux. 60 gal tank. What is the name of the RI manufacturer on the sticker you referenced? Thanks for your help.

I don't have the aux tank but the main tank in my boat was manufactured by Luthers in RI :http://www.lutherswelding.com/Mntry_Goodson wrote:Hello gents. New member here. I could only imagine they did the aux tanks for Albin too.
