Last year I posted an article on a portable anchor washdown system I created: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=5861&p=34665&hilit ... ash#p34665.
Last Fall, I noticed a minor leak on the electric toilet pump in my forward head. So I figured last Spring would be a perfect time to replace the raw water and sewage hoses AND install an anchor washdown system while I had my Jabsco Electric Conversion Kit apart. After 75 trips to West Marine, the hardware store and Amazon, it is done! (I actually had it completed last June but am just getting around to posting after a successful 2013 boating season). AND my first mate is thrilled to be able to conveniently rinse the Bay mud off the chain and anchor.
