Re: re: MT Gay "Miracle"
Hey Andy, This sounds good - I'm gonna have to try it.apage wrote:Here's mine:
One Part Mt Gay. Two Parts Lemonade. Splash Tonic. Lime.
I'll add the following:
Goslings Rum and Tonic with some lime (I call it carribean sunshine)
Then you havbe the old standards:
Gosslings Rum and Ginger Beer (The good ol' Dark n' Stormy)
Gosslings Rum and Ginger Ale (A Dark n' Overcast)
Capt. Morgans and Ginger Ale (tastes like cream soda).

Please don't banish me from the group for fraternizing with a few blow boaters, but they shared a great drink, "Committe Boat Tea", for a cool rainy day. This drink is often carried in a thermos on the Committee Boat on Race Day!
Put the galley burner to use and steep a cup or more of Earl Gray Tea and a bit of Honey and a shot of Glenlivet.
Even those that do not care for scotch will enjoy wrapping their hands around this one. Guaranteed to take the chill out. I've been enjoying a pot often this past cold rainy week here in the Northeast.
We don't just stock rum on the PITOU! Enjoy.
