Just a warning: they will tell you that you are welcome as a transient, for water, ice, etc. Then they will charge you to tie up to their dock!
Their ice is 3# bags for 5# prices, and they will charge what I think is a high price for their water, also.
Anywhere else in town will not do this to you; especially not without warning.
