Summer Beverage Recipes wanted
Spring is almost here and we're getting the boat ready for launch. One thing we try to do each season is to invent a new house boat drink. (I know, a little weird) Last year's Legacy Punch included Absolut Mandarin, CranMango juice and a splash of Sprite. Open to new ideas.

There's always the standard margarita on the rocks..no blender req'd.
Remember the 2-1-2 zone defense and it's easy...
2 parts tekillya, 1 part triple sec, 2 parts rose's lime juice. Transfer to another glass, then pour into your ice filled margartia glass.
Salted rim optional.

Goslings seems to get the nod
I have to try Goslings! Spring has finally made it to Boston so rather than cleaning the basement today I'd better go to the liquor store and try some rum!

This is considered a ladies drink (admirals) but I do like champagne.
Strawberry Mimosa
8 ounces frozen sliced strawberries in syrup, partially thawed
8 ounces orange juice
16 ounces chilled champagne
Combine sliced berries and juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice cubes or crushed ice in a parfait glass. Fill with champagne and garnish with a whole strawberry and an orange slice.
OR
Champagne Sangria
One bottle of champagne in a pitcher, add a generous portion of peach schnapps. Mix in fresh fruit.
