Switch Panel 28 TE

Post by Tree »

Morning All,

Could anyone tell me who manufactures the switches on the dash switch panel on the 28 TE. I know from the survey report on Fisher Price that there is one switch that is broken - ideally I am getting parts together for when it arrives ready to do the repairs.

Also, I am in need of a engine cover tie down - pretty sure they're off the shelf over here anyway but a brand name would be useful as I'd like to keep them all OEM if i can.

cheers

the engine box tie downs on my 2002 28te are real toe-stubbers. you may choose an alternative after a few encounters

Remind me of the year...I may have my old switch panel from when I rebuilt the helm on Sonny III.

I found the old panel in my garage. It's from a company called Bass Products, now located in Bristol Connecticut.

Here's a front and back shot of the panel. Again, this was in a 1997 28TE.

That's brilliant Doug - i'll email them and see if they can tell me the part numbers for the switches, either i'll import them in or see if they are available over here.
