I know I've seen this question asked before but I don't recall ever seeing a definitive answer. I believe there were ~1,000 built over its production history.
What's driving the question? Perhaps we can help out in other ways.

There's usually a decent number on the market at any given time. A search of YachtWorld.com should give you reasonable numbers.
You can also go to Denison Yacht Sales and their used boat history. Not always completely accurate but it's probably the best out there.
