31 TE, Keel Drain?

My 31 TE is out of the water. I can see a small drip of water on either side of the Keel at the same location on each side. Did they some kind of Keel drain? I first thought this may be a blister but evidence of draining at the same location on the port side.

I have a 1994 Albin 28TE and it has a drain in the skeg. I notice that the 95 has a drain in the lower center of the stern. I remove the plug when I go away for the summer. Picture to follow.

I looked but have not found any Keel drain on Mahalo

We too have no drain plug in our keel.The only one is at the bottom of the transom.

My 95 has a drain on the starboard side of the keel. They call it a garboard plug.
