Winter projects, silverware drawer

Knocked out that false panel under the sink and found I had room for another drawer, and found the top existing one could be a lot larger. Had H&L Marine make the two drawers, total cost, $150. They make the interior parts for Catalina and many others, and certainly do good work for a good price.

The S/O is very happy that the silverware has it's own drawer. Could have made the drawer wider if I could have found another place for the propane solenoid switch.

Found another 8 inch high microwave, a 20 year old, brand new one that sat in someone's garage in the original packaging, $15 on Craigslist. I now have an extra. It's 400 watt so it works fine on a 1000 watt inverter and does not kill the batteries, and seems to cook a potato in the same 5 minutes as all microwaves.

Did some varnishing with the new drawers. Never again will I decide that a louvered door needs refinishing.
