I think so, but it looks like the info is out of date. The web site isn't working, a reverse phone lookup is a dance studio, and the whois listing for the domain is a company in New Zealand - possibly a hosting company that snagged the domain upon expiration.

Compton Marine ceased operations several years ago. I used to see Terry around my marina in Portsmouth, RI every once in a while but haven't in a couple of years. My assumption would be that he has retired.
