Anchor locker ring pull - 28TE

Any idea where I can find the replacement for these? If you can't tell from the photo, the ring itself is gone. They measure 1-7/8" x 1-5/8". Would like to avoid drilling new holes.

Have you pulled it out yet to look for a manufacturer's markings?

Not yet. I didn't have a small enough Phillips head screwdriver. It's a weird screw size.
