A Little Different Than Albin

Post by RobS »

I am doing some side work on a Grady White. I visited the GW website in hopes to find the owner manual. I found the manuals for what appears to be every model of every year, I needed the 2001 282 Sailfish and there it was, a 63page PDF file for free and immediate download. In order to download the manual I needed to enter my name, email address and zip code. A few minutes later I get an email from the closest GW dealer, thanking me for my interest in GW boats and letting me know that they are there for any sales, service or parts needs.

Not bad..

I wonder what the Grand Banks Eastbay service (my NEXT boat) will be like... :-)

It really is a shame Fred and company never seemed to give a crap about good customer service.
