Release of the Water Hound
Release of the Water Hound
Put the Water Hound in on Saturday - great festivities on a pretty windy day. Here are some photos of the new "old" Water Hound during the event.

Very nice! Love the matching "tender".
Congrats on the splash, we went in Saturday as well.

The "tender" stole the show, actually. I didn't expect that, but in retrospect I'm not surprised, it's a great little boat. Lets hope for a sunny, warm and long season!

Sweet! You'll be sure to get many compliments wherever your travels take you.
And I trust you'll never leave home without these
That first "ding" is gonna hurt
I see the spectator seating set up at the travel lift for the festivities

Re: Release of the Water Hound
Rob, that first ding will hurt, but it's also inevitable. Until then the fleece fenders will give me some buffer while i learn to maneuver the boat. The great news is that, based on information here, I backed her into her slip in a 15-20knt crosswind first time, with no drama! A great start!
