Not what any A25 or any boater wants to think about eh. It can happen pretty fast and usually when no one is on the boat and she is tied to the dock. Just a reminder to check all your 40 yr old sea cocks. Even better - replace them.

I don't know the whole story, but I believe it's a boat that was listed for sale last year. The seller told me it had "filled with rain water". I almost went to look at it, but luckily I dodged that bullet! It would have to be free to be worthy of restoration.

This picture of a A25 sunk exist since many years now. But it can happen anytime... if the bilge pump stop working with a bad thruhull, and you are away for one-two weeks... It has almost happen to my brother A25 1978 last summer. Very scrary!

I'm not sure, but I think a Dutch Albin site was the first to publish the picture... or maybe a Dutch Internet site company working in salvaging sunk boat... not sure, I can't remember.
