problem buying a burgee

I may wind up with 3 duplicate orders for one burgee paid for via paypal. I got as far as logging onto paypal with the order for the burgee shown on the left of the log in text. When I clicked save and continue, there was no continuation and confirmation of the order. There was also a notification that the credit card number was already on file with paypal and that was not accompanied by a continuation prompt. I think that the notice asked for another credit card. That should not have happened. Can I just send cash or a check? Any suggestions?

As of 7:01 PM (est) no transactions have hit our account. Perhaps Paypal had problems today.
I'll PM my home address. You can mail a check. No problem.
