Anyone know where I can purchase a teak swim platform, rear cabin curtains, and cushions for a 1996 28 TE?

There's no "factory" source for any of the above but there are several makers of aftermarket swim platforms out there. Since the 28 transom is flat (no curve from side to side) it should be pretty straight forward to have one fabricated. Do you have the factory fiberglass one? If so it can be used to make a pattern which would make this even easier.

Any good canvas shop should be able to make replacement curtains to match what is/was on your boat.

And finally, you could try Bristol Cushions http://www.bristolcushion.com/home.html for the cushions. They most likely made the originals. Some have reported that they aren't the most responsive company, but still worth a try.
