Hello all! I have been a lurker for a while. I have been planning on picking up an Albin 25 for a couple of years and am planning on making the plunge soon, so I'll probably have many questions in the future. I live in Washington DC (don't blame me though, I'm not in the government) and currently have a small sailboat that I keep locally.

Greetings! Welcome aboard!! I grew up in Fairfax and moved to Bennington, VT. 33 years ago. Still go back and visit family a couple times a year. Waaaaay too busy down there for me! Had a real good Easter Brunch at a resort just over the Woodrow Wilson Bridge back in the Spring. Nice place with a marina. I like boats!!
