Hello All,
I'm looking at replacing my radar tower with a mast. If anyone has a mast, could you check to see who fabricated it for Albin and measure how long it is? I found a used 36" mast for sale locally. C&C marine has no idea since they haven't had any orders for boats with a mast yet. Also once I install the mast would anyone like to purchase my arch? It is in perfect shape and the price will be right!

Oddly enough the 2011 listed on y*world in Newburyport, MA was built by C&C. It has the tower.

Hi Jumpjet,
I did a long post on the mast I installed on our old 28. It's located here:
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2896&p=17600&hilit= ... ast#p17600
I believe that was a 30" that was mounted to the arch. I liked the way it looked and got to keep the arch for the additional antenna mounts and such. The mount came from SeaView.

If you go with one mounted directly to the hardtop I'd think a 36" or 42" would have the lines you would want.

Re: Radar Mast 28 TE
I'm pretty sure the original radar mast was fabricated by Oxford Yacht Agency in Oxford, MD. You might contact them.

Thanks. I'll try them. Right under my nose since that's where I keep my boat!
