SLIDING DOOR ON 28TE
Well Got locked in (Consider the heat) and could not roll open the glass door, jamed at top.But I just checked past maintenance questions and found out ,that the door lifts off, I am sure the rollers are rusted. My favorite fishing season is 30 days away and I need that door to operate effectively. The question is where do I get parts for the top of the door?

Hey Butch,
Try these guys:

I believe they made the sliding door on my 35TE. I haven't seen the slider on a 28TE in person, but from pictures it looks like it may be from the same company.

Same outfit for the 28TE "Alaskan Bulkhead" Butch. I've gotten replacment parts from them in the past. Good luck with your fix.DougSea wrote:Hey Butch,

Re: SLIDING DOOR ON 28TE
Thanks Doug and Kevin. The people in New England know their stuff. I will be taking the door off this weekend. Maybe I will send Carl up to New Hampshire to pick up the parts that I need. He cain't be fishing because of the heat.

Re: SLIDING DOOR ON 28TE
Talk to me in september, We might be heading up that way then. Until then just leave the door off! Went out yesterday, but had a hard time finding spot. Any spot up in your creek?
