Garelick did make the ladder for the old Albin Co.and it has been discontinued : part #19523
http://www.cgedwards.com/garelick/gar8.html

A couple of years ago I found a supply of them at C G Edwards in Boston and bought two. It appears on their website that some are still available and on "special" 8) ..... same special I found 2 years ago.

Good luck!

When I purchased Serenity in January, I never tried to pull out the boarding ladder. However, when I found the bottom in Quogue Canal on my way to the Northeast rendevous, I also discovered that my boarding ladder was useless. Trying to get this fine figure of a man onto my swim platform was a challenge. I did remember reading the post about the Garelick ladder and I have just ordered one. Thanks to Doug and I hope he doesn't need one for his 35.

Doug, I ordered the ladder from West Marine, received it today and it is an exact match to the rusted ladder on my 28 TE. Thanks for the info.
