Greetings All,
We recently purchased our 1978 Albin 36 trawler by the name of "Cantelya" from the previous owner, Jason Wyatt, who also cruised & fished the Chesapeake Bay & the Potomac River out of Pt. Lookout Marina in Ridge, MD. My wife, Cathy, and I along with a few friends took her up the bay to our home marina, Holiday Point Marina, on the Selby Bay off the South River, in Edgewater, MD. She performed admirably with following seas for the entire trip. At approximately 2000 rpms, we were aided by the pushing waves to complete the 65 nautical mile trip in under 8 hours as our speed over the ground was between 7.5 & 8.4 kt for most of the trip! Since then, we've managed to create some problems for ourselves, which is why I went looking for an Albin owners' group today.

Problems? Just do what I do. Give your AMEX to your mechanic. No problem.jleonard wrote:Gee, that never happened to meSince then, we've managed to create some problems for ourselves,
