I need a 12 x 13 grill for return air on my 31 TE. I put a knee thru mine while working on a/c. Where can I get the part?

Any luck finding a grill? When I put one in my 28 I bought an off the shelf one from Home Depot. If that doesn't work can you check the old one for a manufacturer name and/or part number?
