As it turns out it ain't happening today. Marina is behind because of the recent flooding. They say maybe tomorrow, but by the weekend for sure.
Being patient..................

You could still go spend the night...

Get one of those wave sound machines, pretend you're floating!

My first year at Essex Isl Marina two transients traveling together came in, but one was towing the other. One clorox bottle with an I/O hit a floating log in the CT Rvr resulting in a leak at the gimbal housing. He had to get pulled out. They set him up at the repair yard with shorepower, freshwater and a 6' step ladder and the week's vacation was had.

Did the trip to Mystic saturday. Pulled out of the marina in Portland at 7am, arrived at the slip in Mystic at 1pm. That included taking on 110 gal of golden diesel fuel at $4.27.
Everything went perfectly, no issues at all, had the current with me in the river and the sound, both bridges were open when I got there, yada, yada.

Let the games begin!!
