Hi folks,
We just bought a 25 albin in Friday Harbor, WA and will pick it up soon. The boat's new home port will be Valdez, AK so we're currently looking for a used trailer to put it on. The information on this site has proved extremely valuable to a couple of first time boat buyers. Thanks.

Re: new 25 owner
Chris, the best advice I would give is to get a good trailer. Our A25 has a trailer with Bunks, not the rollers. The placing of the bow winch post should be adjustable so you can get the boat weight centered over the axles. I like a couple of hundred lbs on the tongue. Our A25 loads and launches as easy as a 16 ft bowrider and usually no one even gets wet. Shorelander makes great trailers, surge brakes are best for water emersion.
$3000 to 6000 seems to be a good price range for a A25 trailer.
