Unknown heater

Post by Woodwinds »

Hi all.
The former owner told me that the heater was broken and needed to bereplaced. But I just can't give up that easily...
So please let me know if you recognize this type of heater. If you have personal experience with it and might know what I chould start looking for...

I have NO idea. But it sure has a lot of wires for a heater. And no engine coolant bypass? Can you post some more pics? Where does that large fitting on the bottom go? And what's attached to that black fitting to the right?

Quite a mystery!
