2000 36 TE owner
Recently came across the AOG website. Really a great addition. Most marinas do not have other Albin owners to talk with and share tips. Thanks for leadership and putting this together. We have owned our 36 TE for four years and enjoyed it very much. Cruise the ICW in SC and GA. Original owner of this boat installed fiberglass hard top on fly bridge and NIAD fin stabilizers. Both are a great addition, while unusual on a 36. The stabilizer eliminates any pitch and roll and converts it into up and down motion that the Albin handles very well.

Welcome to AOG! Post some pictures of your boat. I'd like to see the stabilizer set up.

Here are two views of the stabilizer. They are hydraulic powered off the main engine. The same hydraulic source powers a stern thruster. They have three settings - off, center (means straight ahead fixed) or on. They eliminate roll and pitch very nicely.
Hope I got the file attachment done. It is hard to see if the two photos both were attached.
