approaching my first winterization of my new-to-me 2002 28te. got a pretty good idea about the water systems. batteries will be maintained with charger onboard.
this will be my first oil change and where can i get the filter? will it be available thru napa or automotive parts stores? fuel filters?
can the engine zincs wait till spring and where do i get them? is there a yanmar store?
sorry, first diesel boat.
i hope to attend the mack-boring seminar about yanmars/diesels when next offered in the northeast.
where do they post schedules?

Re: oil filters
The answers to all of your questions are on the mac boring web site. There is a dealer locator you can click on to find one close to your location. There is also a place to see the training schedule and dates for the classes. You can also buy the filters and zincs online. Google is your friend!

Like carl said ... http://www.boatzincs.com (They are located in MA). I ordered mine yesterday and they arrived today.
Spend $100 and the shipping is free. I bought next springs tab, shaft, rudder and thruster zincs to get to the $100 min. for free shipping.
