Your right. Typical Maryland storm. Starting to melt already.

I take that back. It did start to melt for a couple of hours. Then the temps dropped fast. Ice, ice, ice. This is one of those times that I should have done the shrink wrap. I know that blue tarp is sagging.

Spring has started here, alright. Sun, rain, sun, rain, sun, rain... Just in time for me to have the roof opened up on the new house for repairs to the sewer vents. Go figure!

Poured rain all Friday night on the way to the mountain ..... deep freeze at 5:30 AM. Thank god for freshly tuned boards. The groomers broke it up for Sunday's skiing and the departure brought a forecast for a foot on Monday. Got home for the 1st flakes and grumbled and growled as I plowed 10 inches on Monday. Man oh man ..... I wanted to work under the boat condom not shovel the steps. I think I'll go oystering for Wednesday's tide and drink beer!

In Six weeks boat slips will be in!

Oh, I had plans of skiing this winter. But then rates dropped to the 4's and I bought this house. I've got time for nothing other than work and remodeling. My move in date is still April 1st, selected more for the fact that it gives me time to finish my work on my 18' Whaler in time for Memorial Day weekend than anything.
