Re: Jetlev Flyer
I thought jet skis were bad enough. Now were going to have to contend with a bunch of drunks flying around on those things?

Re: Jetlev Flyer
Myself, I would PAY to drink beer and watch these idiots bang into each other, get their hoses tangled up and "auger in". I can see it now at New Harbor Block Island, a continuous laugh fest, especially if they played that really hokey soundtrack at the same time! As a matter of fact, the mental image of that has me laughing so hard I have tears running down my face. Then they'd have to build a backseat on it for the fat girlfriend with tatoos and the orca like wetsuit! Next they could attach the thing to a cigarette boat so they could go 80 knts and fly from Montauk to BI on 40 minutes! Look out for those barges on the long tow! Then they'd start piling up on jetties at night, the CG would find the boat but never a driver, they'd have flown another two miles before they hit the water. People living on Nayatt Point would be finding dead guys with packages of Kools stuck in their wetsuits and Bud Lite cans scattered on their lawns. Dazed strippers bleeding from torn navel rings getting catapulted into seaside weddings! Oh god! I can't stop! This is too much! Someone stop me!

Yes we know !RicM wrote:Myself, I would PAY to drink beer
And WOW, Ric, that was quite a reply for 4AM, imaginations galore - were you dreaming & sleep-typing? Try some of these....just not too many

Re: Jetlev Flyer
Your choice of quote is taken out of context. I see I am being tarred with the same brush as Blago! All I was doing was defending the "litle people's" right to fly free!
The details about why I am sometimes awake at 4AM would not prove edifying to the group I'm sure. It might also have to do with beer. I just thought that soundtrack was hysterical, and the mental image of 20-30 morons flying around, getting their hoses tangled up was too much to pass up!

Re: Jetlev Flyer
Yes it was like a cross between a White Zombie extreme dirtbike soundtrack and a cheap porno....

Really...there are not enough "smilies" to show how hard Sharon and I are laughing at your post.
Good way to start my day.
