31 TE. Twin screws Vs Single Engine??

Post by zinbaad »

Wondering since I browse through the post how it seems Twin 315hp Yanmars seem to turn out 23 knots and the larger single screw Cummins turnsout about the same speeds. Iam I reading that wrong.

Same is with the different engines in the 28TE's ranging from 250hp to 370hp, they all seem to cruise +/- 18 knots.
